Terms and Policies

These terms and policies apply to services provided by BPG LawnCARE. By requesting, scheduling, approving and/or paying for services, you agree to the terms below.

SERVICES

We provide lawn care, yard maintenance and related outdoor services. Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing

  • Edging

  • Trimming

  • Blowing

  • Weed control

  • Seasonal clean ups

  • Mulch installation

  • Landscaping support

  • Other outdoor maintenance services agreed upon in writing

The exact scope of work will be based on the estimate, quote, invoice, message and/or service agreement provided to the customer.

ESTIMATES

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided.

Prices may change if:

  • The property condition is different than described

  • The requested work changes

  • Additional labor, materials, disposal and/or equipment is required

  • Access issues delay or prevent work

  • The customer requests extra services

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are not guaranteed until accepted and a service appointment is scheduled.

SCHEDULING

Service dates and times are subject to availability, weather, property access and operational conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete services as scheduled. However, delays may occur due to rain, severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues or other circumstances outside of our control.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Unlocking gates before service

  • Securing pets indoors or away from work areas

  • Removing toys, hoses, furniture, tools, debris and other obstacles from service areas

  • Identifying sprinkler heads, wires, drains, lightning, fragile items and/or hidden objects

  • Informing us of any property conditions that may affect service

BPG LawnCARE is not responsible for damage to items that were hidden, unsecured, improperly installed and/or left in service areas.

PROPERTY ACCESS

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to locked gates, pets, blocked entry, vehicles and/or other access issues, a service fee or rescheduling fee may apply.

WEATHER AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS

Services may be delayed, rescheduled and/or modified due to:

  • Rain or wet ground

  • Lightning

  • Extreme heat

  • Standing water

  • Muddy conditions

  • Unsafe slopes or terrain

  • Other unsafe or unsuitable working conditions

BPG lawnCARE reserves the right to determine whether conditions are safe and appropriate for service.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice, estimate, service agreement and/or payment request.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Square

  • Squarespace payments

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Other approved payment methods

Returned checks, failed payments and/or declined transactions may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

LATE PAYMENTS

Invoices not paid by the due date may be considered late.

Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Paused or canceled service

  • Collection efforts

  • Requirement of prepayment for future services

Any applicable late fee(s) will be listed on the invoice, service agreement and/or communicated before being applied.

RECURRING SERVICES

For recurring lawn care services, customers agree to pay for each completed service unless other written terms apply.

Recurring services may continue until canceled by either party. BPG lawnCARE may adjust recurring service schedules due to weather, seasonal growth, property conditions and/or operational needs.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

A cancellation fee may apply if:

  • Service is canceled after we have already arrived

  • Service is canceled with insufficient notice

  • Property access is unavailable

  • The crew is unable to work due to customer-related issues

REFUNDS

Because lawn care services involve labor, time, fuel, materials and scheduling, completed services are non-refundable. If there is an issue with completed work, customers should contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We may, at our discretion, inspect the issue and offer a correction, credit, partial refund or other resolution.

Refunds are not guaranteed and reviewed on a case by case basis.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe a service was not completed as agreed upon, please contact us promptly with details and photos if available.

We must be given a reasonable opportunity to review and address the concern before any refund or adjustment is considered.

DEPOSITS

Some jobs may require a deposit before scheduling or before materials are purchased.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if:

  • Materials have been ordered

  • Work has begun

  • Customer cancels after scheduling

  • Labor, travel and/or preparation costs have been incurred

Deposit terms will be provided before payment is collected.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

BPG LawnCARE will take reasonable care while performing services. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Hidden objects in grass or landscaping

  • Unmarked sprinkler heads or irrigation lines

  • Exposed wires, cables, drains or pipes

  • Poorly installed edging, lighting, fencing and/or fixtures

  • Loose stones, debris and/or objects left in yard

  • Preexisting property conditions

  • Normal wear from lawn care equipment

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive, fragile, hidden and/or high-risk areas before service begins.

PH0TOS AND MARKETING

BPG LawnCARE may take before and after photos of completed work for documentation, quality control and/or marketing.

We will not intentionally disclose personal infomration such as your name, address, license plate or other identifying details in marketing materials without permission.

CHANGES TO SERVICES OR PRICING

BPG LawnCARE may update service offerings, policies and pricing at any time.

For recurring services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant price changes before the next schedule service.

REFUSAL OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE

BPG LawnCARE reserves the right to refuse, pause and/or terminate service for any reason including:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Repeated late or missed payments

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Unreasonable service demands

  • Unsecured pets

  • Repeated access issues

  • Property conditions that make work unsafe or impractical

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Lawn care and landscaping results may vary based on weather, soil conditions, water, pests, drainage, property maintenance and other factors outside of our control.

Unless stated in writing, we do not guarantee specific growth, appearance, weed control, plant survival or long-term landscaping results.
